My goal is to have a bridge puzzle creator. Double dummy solver (when seeing all the cards) are easy to find and there pretty efficient. A bridge hand is way way simpler than a sudoku and a computer can find the solutions and all the branching in less than 2 sec.

What is hard however is defining what make a problem hard/interesting for humans. In bridge the problems will have more than 1 solutions since the "ennemies" have free will of their cards. So usually problems that are interesting are those with branching and those where the "ennemies" gain the lead sooner or later. (make 6 of the 8th last tricks)

Any ideas where i should start ?
