For what it's worth, the Sudoku Susser program allows manual insertion of candidates.

After all, any good susser will expect manual insertion if you're otherwise not "up" for the job Wink

I do have a blank grid on my site, that you can use to fill in your puzzles:

http://vanhegan.net/sudoku/blank.php

That allows you to put in candidates by holding down the + key and pressing the number you want to pencil in. So +2 to pencil in a 2, and -2 to take it out. You can also hold down shift and click on multiple cells to select several at the same time.
