BRITISH Airways has banned its staff from doing Sudoku puzzles, arguing that the Japanese numbers game distracts cabin crew during take-off and landing.
The company's 13,000 staff were sent the following email last week: "We have had reports that during take-off and landing some crew are choosing to do puzzles, reading the paper, etc. May I remind you this is a critical phase of flight and these activities are forbidden. You must be extremely alert and vigilant." |
