|
|
Hi Guys,
I just created a free sudoku website(has a couple of thousands of sudoku puzzles) and I wanted to get some user opinion.
The site allows users to print the sudokus and play one puzzle over and over again, and it also has a helper that might help the sudoku newbies.
The site is www dot free-sudoku-games dot net (replace dot with .)
Please be honest. |

OK then.
You could definitely improve your site if you only posted puzzles that have a unique solution.
The first "hard" sudoku I tried was this puzzle (number 42):
Code: | . . .|1 . .|. 8 .
. 5 .|. . .|3 4 7
. . .|3 . 8|. . .
-----+-----+-----
. . 7|. . .|. . .
. . 6|. 1 3|5 7 .
5 9 .|. . .|. . 3
-----+-----+-----
7 . .|. . 4|9 6 .
. . 3|6 . .|7 . .
. . .|. . .|. . . |
It has 1958 different solutions.
There are many topics in this forum that explain how to check for a unique solution. Search for "DLX" and you will find a lot of useful information.

Hi Ruud,
Thank you for the info...I think I changed the site in a good way...the puzzles should all have an unique solution.
Any other good/bad thing about www dot free-sudoku-games dot net ?
Thanks! |
