It allows you enter and solve puzzles and also (unusually) to send them to other people by SMS (text message). It's an open-source Java program written for Java phones supporting MIDP 2.0. You can download it from sourceforge.net. Source code is available from the project page. Use the compatibility forums to report whether or not it works on your phone. The current version is 1.2.1.
