What type of puzzle is this. I guess it's over my head as I have no clue what to do with it. |

Figuring out what kind of puzzle it is *is* the puzzle, I think.
Paste the text into an editor of some kind (and make sure you use a monospaced font, like Courier) and merge the first three lines into one long one. Repeat for the next three. And the next...
(Not 100% accurate, but it should be enough to reveal what needs to be done.) |

Pasting it into MS Word, Changing the font into Courier, replacing all paragraph marks with "nothing", Change layout to landscape, put the font to 8 or 9
Start fiddling with the margins until you get a clear view...

Maybe I'm just slow...but I tried all the "paste into text editor" descriptions of how to solve it but I didn't notice anything.
Is there something obvious I'm just not getting or...
