??? The 3 in r3c6 is removed by the swordfish. That was the whole point of the puzzle!

Actually you were looking for a swordfish that supercoloring couldn't solve--which is the puzzle above.
If you want logically solvable puzzles that cannot be solved by supercoloring, I can give you plenty. Here are two:
