Hello, I just wanted to know if somebody knows a french Su Doku programmers forum.
With a bad english, a bad level in mathematics, and an average level in algorithms, it's very hard to understand the techniques listed on this english forum ! Embarassed

So far, I've created a random grid generator, but don't have a clue of how to remove cells to create a difficult Su Doku !
If there's a french speaking person around here, please send me a PM !

Hello !

I'm here, i can speak french or english as well..

I've coded a sudoku solver based using Dancing Links Algorithm (you can test it here : www.online-sudoku.net )

I'm currently using a PHP Class to solve the grids ; but i've also coded a Python class which also may generate the problems presented on the website !

Like everyone here, i am wondering about rating sudoku problems (easy,medium, hard, etc)

The Sudoku i'm generating with the python class have around 23-26 given and are not easy.

To generate a sudoku problem, i simply generate a full random grid then i remove element one by one in a randomly way, if the sudoku has several solutions, i put back the last removed element..

Salut l'ami, et bonne année 2006 !
tu dis que tu enlèves les éléments 1 par 1 au hasard, puis tu testes si le sudoku a plusieurs solutions.
Mais ce petit test, peux-tu me le résumer en trois mots ? Very Happy

P.S : Ah au fait j'ai essayé les problèmes sur le site, mais ça n'a pas marché. (avec firefox)
