The 3rd move suggested is
Found a multicount set [67] (in column 8).
I can see how this has been derived as the unsolved cells are
458 34 4678 3467 45 458
i.e. in the column there are exactly 2 6's and exactly 2 7's both occurring in the same cell, so they both get to 67
however if you had 2 unsolved cells in a column which were say 267 267, and the numbers 2,6 and 7 occurred exactly twice in that column, how are you supposed to deal with those cells |
