Testing my own just built solver with some of your illogical sudokus, it happened to solve illogical puzzle #11:

__3_2__7_+1________+_6__5_4_3+53__4___7+_7_2_635_+____3__48+9_2_7__14+________2+_4__827__

Your solver seems not to be able to extend method D to N=5, where mine does. It detected a chain of values 2,5,6,8,9 in row B, changing
1 2589 45789 346789 69 34789 25689 2689 569
to
1 2589 47 347 69 347 25689 2689 569
and now there's no guess needed.
