It has been quite some time since I've posted here - I'm not busy with sudoku much these days. I felt it would be a shame not to publish the last version of my generator I did a while ago, so here it is.
I have put up the new version of my Sudoku generator here:

It can generate a couple of variants. These probably have other names than what I call them:
- Standard Sudoku, even with non-square box sizes
- SudokuX, i.e. Sudoku with diagonals
- Latin Squares (i.e. no boxes)
- Sudoku Cross (5 overlapping Sudoku's in X form)
- Sudoku Diamond (9 overlapping Sudoku's, in a diamond formation)
- Free Regions (not boxes, but regions of fixed given shapes)
I still need to update the rest of the webpage to explain these variants, but I'm sure you can figure it out.
