Puzzles with really easy part done?

Hi, I'm new here and a novice at Sudoku. I've been learning from Simple Sudoku. I would like to find puzzles with the initial

Naked Singles
Naked Pairs
Hidden Singles

already done up to the point where more difficult techniques are required. The only times I miss the above are careless typos or just not paying attention.

Below are techniques that I understand and can usually find:

2 color chains
x-wing
xy-wing
locked candidates 1 (from Simple Sudoku Help)

Below are techniques that I understand but often overlook:

locked candidates 2 (from Simple Sudoku Help)
hidden pairs
swordfish
multi-colors

I can usually solve Simple Sudoku's "Expert" puzzles and can *sometimes* solve the "Extreme" puzzles with no hints and no errors. Gee, that sounds almost like baseball. [g]

I see that once I understand a technique, the trick is to get enough practice to recognize when they an be used. If those first three very simple and obvious techniques are already applied, then I'd have more time to concentrate on the rest of the techniques. Are puzzles like this available?

In the Players' Forum, ab lists a number of superior puzzles from various sources. I took them and resolved all initial Naked/Hidden Singles. I could not resolve all initial Naked Pairs. It has to do with elimination vs. assignment of values and what's shown when a puzzle is listed without pencilmarks.

Let me know if you want more ... and I'll ask angusj for permission to reduce the puzzles he provides with Simple Suooku.

Thanks daj95376! Just what I was looking for. At first it's a bit of a shock, I guess because I'm used to some instant gratification that came from singles. What you've given me will be quite enough for some time.

Here's Ruud's Superior Collection -- with initial Naked/Hidden Singles eliminated. You will get an extensive workout on X-Wings and Triples; but, there are several Quads ... along with some initial Naked Pairs that couldn't be removed. Enjoy!

Hey Ruud, I just ran your ADN puzzles through my solver and I think they would give Linda more variety in techniques. The above list may get stale after she's done a few dozen X-Wings and Triples. Is it okay for me to post from this collection if Linda returns and asks for more variety? (I won't post all 400, and I'll select some of the easier puzzles.)

These will keep me busy for a looooong time. I find it helpful to redo puzzles that I don't get right the first time....and that's plenty!

Henk, your program looks great, but my 60 yr old eyes can't comfortably read the candidates because they're small and gray. If they were black I might have an easier time.
