New Sudoku Generator/Solver supporting "Sudoku X"

Hi,
this is a brand new, free Sudoku Generator/Solver found at
http://web.telia.com/~u88910365/

It runs on Windows XP. It probably runs also on Windows 95/98.
It has a graphical user interface and is designed to support the user activities when playing Sudoku, ie. support for:

Creating puzzles with specified difficulty level, opening puzzles and store them, importing puzzles in text files, solving puzzles, editing of pencil marks and providing hints.

It has support for the diagonal version of Sudoku ("Sudoku X"), where the main diagonals also must have all digits 1-9.

The engine part of the Generator/Solver is implemented as a DLL with described function calls. Using the DLL, anyone can design his/hers own user interface.

The new release includes:
- Support of new technics: hidden triplets and X-wings.
- Support for configuration of which technics that are allocated per
difficulty level.
- Improved performance for generation of grids. This is about 3 times
faster now.
- Some bug fixes.

Hi,
a new release 0.9 has been uploaded at my website

The earlier solver has been replaced by a new
exact cover solver, resulting in a 3 times speed improvement
in generation of the harder puzzles.
The exact cover solver is in public domain and is designed
by Guenter Stertenbrink, earlier presented at this forum http://www.setbb.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?t=119&mforum=sudoku.

Hi,
the new release 1.0 includes support for generation of symmetric
Sudoku puzzles. Also, some bugs have been corrected.
Version 1.0 has been uploaded at my
home page.
2005-10-26, Corrections now included in the downloadable
files:
For generation of symmetric puzzles, the given digits are now better
spread out.
Program hanging at generation of asymmetrical, easy puzzles has been fixed.

Please send me information on faults found so I can correct them.
