Hi.

I enjoyed Simple Sudoku for months. (Thanks Angus!) Now a friend lead me to Kakuro ("cross sums") yesterday.
Very addictive as well.

Is there any setting&playing SW for Kakuro as good as SS for Soduku?
- Setting Kakuro and let me solve it offline under Windows.
- Showing candidates!
- Showing "remaining delta" for partially solved sums.
- Loading/saving files.
- Possibly giving some hints or mark errors.

I found many of them, but
- they are >2MB download or need a huge .net framework.
- don't let me enter "candidates" easily.
- want $$, some even $$$$

Many thanks.
Bernd

My recommendation is KakuroWorks. I have checked out many programs. Feature for feature this is the best. You can even dub in puzzles from other sources.

Give it a go.
