Here is my First attempt at writing a Sudoku Helper program.
PROGRAM FEATURES
TOOLS.
Candidate Filtering
Colouring
Lines
SUPPORTED FILE FORMATS
Crossword Express Sudoku Files
MPQ Sudoku Database Files
Simple Sudoku Files
SudoCue Files
SudoCue Database Files
Sudoku Assistant Files
My Sudoku Files
EXTRA FEATURES
Paste from Many different Formats
Copy to many different Programs
Log Window of Moves
UNDO last move. Including Lines
Create Mode
Restart Current Game
8 Built in Levels. 20 Pre-loaded sample Games for each level
Automatic save and load when the Program is executed or Closed
INSTRUCTIONS
To Start a new Game Click on the NEW Icon and select the Level
To Load a Game Click on the FILE Icon then select the File Format to Load
To Select Candidate Filtering Click on one of the Candidate Filter Icons
To Select the Colour to use Click on the Colour Icon. The Selected Colour will be shown in the Clear Colours Icon
To use lines. First Select two Boxes with a Colour. Then Click on the Thin or Thick Line Icon.
The Left Mouse Button Adds / Removes the currently Selected Colour
The Right Mouse Button Brings up the MAKE / EXCLUDE Menu.
To Open / Close the Log Window click on the LOG Icon
To UNDO the Last Move click on the UNDO Icon
To save the current Game Click on FILE then SAVE My Sudoku File
To Install the Program just download the ZIP file. Create a New Folder on your PC then Save the File to It.
